Tell the driver: 121 West 3rd Street, between 6th Avenue and MacDougal Street  in Greenwich Village.

From the Train Stations by Subway:
Any train that stops at the West 4th St. Subway stop, West 3rd St exit, (A, B, C, D, E, F) will bring you to within one half block of the studio at 121 West 3rd Street, between 6th Avenue and MacDougal Street.
